Also, it will be kinda hectic around here for the next month.  I'm going to be helping my mother after her surgery in a few weeks, so please pray for her speedy recovery.  

While I'm in Eastern Oklahoma I will be doing some more research and getting some more pictures to put on this site.  
I'm also going to work on making a better picture gallery than the current one.  I don't like the way it turned out.  That's why it isn't finished.  I hope to have all that finished by the end of the summer after mom is better.

Satanic Temple is Coming For The Children in the Bible Belt of America

This is absolutely unacceptable.  We as Christians need to pray against this for our children.  The true nature of Satan is to steal, kill, and destroy!  Who wants their child associated with blood letting, human sacrifice, murder, lying, rituals, witchcraft?  I know I don't.  For the school systems in our great nation to allow this to happen just shows how deep down the rabbit hole we are.

Take a stand! 

When Sh** Hits The Fan, Hit Your Knees, Then Stand!

This past week, our family had some major bumps. The truth is that it honestly really really sucks and it may be tough for us for awhile.  But one of the first things I did after I heard what happened, was pray. 

Yes, I'm going through the normal emotions of anger, grief, sadness, a since of loss, and anxiety at what lies ahead.  I'm human.

I don't know of anyone in this whole world that isn't going through some sort of trial or tribulation in their life. They may not talk about it, but rest assured that something is always going on. I believe that most people would agree with me, if it isn't one thing then it's another.  Something happens, you think everything is fine and then BOOM!! Hit again. :(

So what are we supposed to do when this happens? As the title of my post states, WHEN SH** HITS THE FAN, HIT YOUR KNEES, THEN STAND!

We need to remember as Christians that once you are saved, it doesn't mean that nothing bad will ever happen to you again and you will whisked away to some Utopian society. Nope, exactly the opposite.  

Our reality extends beyond our 5 senses. The supernatural exists and there's a very real battle happening right this very moment.  

Ephesians 6:

10A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12For we^c are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

13Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. 14Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. 15For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.^d 16In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil.^e 17Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.^f

Giants and Unexplained Artifacts in Heavener Oklahoma?

In reading Steven Quayle & Tom Horn's new book Unearthing the Lost World of the Cloudeaters, I came across something very interesting.  Since I am from Southeastern Oklahoma and have been to this place on numerous occasions, I was fascinated at the mention of it in this book.  Although, I have never heard this before. Let me fill you in..

"Heavener Runestone: An off-the-beaten-path discovery of an ancient rock with what appears to be the same kind of block Hebrew lettering that was discussed in an earlier chapter was long hidden from view through the 1800s and 1900s.  The massive rock was found in the early twentieth century in an Oklahoma boulder-strewn field surrounded by rattlesnakes.  Despite the assertion that these letters were "rune" writings dating back to A.D. 300-1300, other people have interpreted them to be Paleo Hebrew.  Interestingly, the rock is supposed to sit atop a vast cave network with strange artifacts, including, according to some locals, the remains of the bodies of giants.  The entrance to this cave was dynamited shut a few years ago to keep people out.  Certainly, the area appears to be pre-Adamic."

Honestly, I was very disappointed at the information that was written in this book.  It made me wonder where did they hear this information?  We know as "locals" that Gloria Farley and other researchers did extensive work at this site and the inscription of the rock has been deciphered as Elder Futhark, but the final "L" is reversed compared with the last "A", and the second character is a short-twig "A" from the Younger Futhark. The transcription is then gaomedal, but is generally thought that the intention is that the second character should be an elder futhark "N" (also reversed). The inscription then reads gnomedal (either "gnome valley", or a personal name "G. Nomedal").  NOT HEBREW!

I have never heard anything relating to the remains of the bodies of giants in Heavener, although there has been many news articles from the late 1930's about giant skeletons found at the Spiro Mounds, which is not to far away.  The cave entrance at the Heavener Runestone was at one time was open, but has now since caved in.  You can clearly see fallen rock from the brittle shale above.  There was a story of an old-timer, Apache Jim that claimed he went inside the cave.  He stated that his dog went in and never came back.  In the cave there was a big room filled with animal bones, charcoal, and inscriptions on the walls. He stated that the entrance was near the waterfall, but no one can find it now.  I've never heard of anyone dynamiting the entrance.  

As an avid researcher into this subject, it would be interesting if anyone from Heavener or Poteau, and the surrounding areas knows anything more about this cave.  I'm not trying to knock Steve Quayle & Tom Horn's book. It was a fantastic read with an enormous about of information.  I just question the authenticity of this passage about the Runestone.  I feel like someone gave them poor information.  

I have also heard that there is another cave nearby. In September 2003 an agreement was reached between the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission and Farley's Friends of the Heavener Runestone to hire an archaeologist to search for a nearby cave reportedly bearing similar markings on its walls. If the cave contains artifacts, they may support the theory that Vikings were the first Europeans to set foot in present Oklahoma.  

If there is any truth that there is a cave with a vast network of strange artifacts, including the remains of the bodies of giants, I would like to hear the story.

But here is what I found really interesting when researching this:

Only recently did I become aware that it had gotten any attention, and then I learned that some were calling it a fabrication. I’m here to take you slanderers on. I live in Lindale, TX. My real name is W.A. McCormick. If any of you had looked for Atlas Almon Mathis in any genealogical records, he was there!!!!!! I was there with him!!!!!

In the year 1928 I, Atlas Almon Mathis, was working in coal mine No. 5 located two miles north of Heavener Oklahoma. This was a shaft mine and they told us it was two miles deep. [I have since learned that this mine had two levels: One level at 1800 feet and the really deep one at 2 miles] The mine was so deep that they let us down into it on an elevator. The elevator was released at the top and fell so fast that I was weightless and my dinner bucket would turn upside down and the bail would hold it to my arm, however, the gallon of water in the bottom of it would not spill spill out. This elevator would fall at least several seconds [he told me “several minutes” and I thought that would be enough time to travel several miles, not 2 miles, so I reasoned with him and got the change to “at least several seconds”] at that rate, and then they gradually slowed the elevator till it stopped at the bottom. They pumped air down to us, it was so deep. [He told me many times about the huge steam engine that pumped the air. He told me that mules were also let down at the same speed, and that they panicked hysterically every time.]

Tom Davidson was in charge of the mine. Lee Elders, Mont Claiborn, Bill Gusky, Oat Dawes, John Raiborn, and a young fellow by the name of Mattox were working there also.

One night I shot 4 shots in room 24 of this mine and the next morning there were several concrete blocks laying in the [Page end] signature – Atlas. A. Mathis

room. These blocks were about 12″ cubes and were so smooth and polished on the outside that they would serve as a mirror on all 6 sides yet they were full of gravel because I chipped one of them open with my pick and it was plain concrete inside. As I started to timber the room up, it caved in and I barely escaped. When I came back after the cave-in, a solid wall of these polished blocks was left exposed. [On another occasion Atlas told me that he looked through the hole he had blasted in the wall, and there was open space beyond. He did not have time to explore it.] About 100 to 150 yards further down our air core another miner struck this same wall or one very similar. Immediately they pulled us out of this wing of the mine and forbade us to tell anything we had seen.

This mine was closed in the fall of 1928 and the crew went to Kentucky and I think they were in No. 11 there. In the summer and fall of 1929 they won a prize for being such good miners and their pictures came out in the paper. I don’t remember what town it was near or the name of the paper.

Also before I started working on this crew they had a similar experience in mine 24 at Wilberton, Oklahoma in about the

year 1926. They said they dug up two odd things: One was a solid block of silver in the shape of a barrel and the other was a bone that was about the size of an elephant. I don’t know if they meant only in diameter or if in diameter and in length, but they did say it had nuckles on each end. This silver block had the prints of the staves one it and the saw that first struck it cut off a chip on the edge at one end. The miners saw the silver dust the saw was pulling out and went about to dig out the block. What was done with these things I do not know. In the case of the blocks in my room in No. 5, I don’t think any were kept.

Should We Pray To The Virgin Mary & Why Can't I Get Lady Gaga Out of My Head!

Today I can't get Lady Gaga's song Bloody Mary out of my head. It all started after watching a Skywatch TV program where they discussed the Pope going to Fatima to visit the place where an apparition appeared to some young girls in the 1917. This apparition was believed to be "Mary" and gave the girls messages about the future. This is part of what the Pope had to say on his journey to Fatima.

“Last night I returned from the pilgrimage to Fatima,” he said, pausing to add a greeting to “the Madonna of Fatima!” followed by cheers from those present.

“In Fatima, I was immersed in the prayer of the holy faithful people, a prayer that flows there for 100 years as a river, to beg Mary’s maternal protection on the whole world,” he went on.

“From the very beginning, when in the Chapel of the Apparitions, I stayed for a long time in silence, accompanied by the prayerful silence of all the pilgrims — a together and contemplative climate was created where the various moments of prayer took place.”

And at the center of all of this, he said, was the Risen Lord present in the Eucharist.

Even 100 years after the first appearance of Our Lady of Fatima, there is still a great need for prayer and penance for the grace of conversion, Francis said. We also need prayers “to implore the end of so many wars that are everywhere in the world … and which disfigure the face of humanity.”

“Let us be guided by the light coming from Fatima. The Immaculate Heart of Mary is always our shelter, our consolation and the way that leads us to Christ,” he said.

Following the prayer, the Pope spoke with sympathy for the people affected by wars and conflicts in the Middle East, both Christians and Muslims, who suffer from violence and discrimination.

“My solidarity accompanies the memory of prayer,” he said, thanking all those who provide humanitarian aid and encouraging “the various communities to follow the path of dialogue and reconciliation to build a future of respect, security and peace.”

He also mentioned the beatification in Dublin May 13 of Jesuit priest John Sullivan, who lived during the 19th and 20th centuries in Ireland. He was devoted to the teaching and training of young people, the Pope said, “and was loved and respected as a father to the poor and the suffering.”

Pope Francis concluded his address by mentioning the celebration of Mother’s Day in several countries and prompting a moment of prayer. “Let us remember with gratitude and affection all moms, even our moms in heaven, trusting them to Mary, the Mother of Jesus.”

Back to the Blood Mary song by Lady Gaga. I made a comment on the Skywatch TV video about not worshipping Mary. Yesterday, when I opened my phone, the song Bloody Mary was playing on my phone. Coincidence? Maybe not!! I used to listen to Lady Gaga all the time. I listened to the words and the song is demonic filled with hidden meanings. Now it's stuck in my head. It led me to write this post today.

Let me be clear in saying that I don't have anything against Catholics. We are both brothers and sisters in Christ. The problem is that Christians are led astray into worshipping and praying to the Virgin Mary instead of Jesus Christ. As Christians we don't have to pray through a priest, the pope, or the Virgin Mary. Our prayers go directly to Jesus. We don't need to be guided by the light coming from Fatima, and this apparition is not our shelter and does not lead us to Christ. We need to be careful when apparitions such as this appear so that we as Christians are not deceived. I give honor to Mary as the mother of Jesus but I pray to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, because He is the truth, the light, and the way!! We need to make sure that we are not following "false prophets". If Satan can lead us astray, he will. Do not be deceived my fellow Christians.
